Vendors may select from the following participation packages:

  • V1. Food Vender

    1,000$
    Payment Deadline: April 25th 2025 Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the Organizer. No vendor space is guaranteed until full payment is received.
    Valid for 6 months
    • 10x10 vendor space in designated food area
    • One (1) table & two (2) chairs
    • Access to electricity (limited spots)
    • Social media mention + logo placement on flyer
    • Compliance with NYC food vendor regulations required

  • V2. VIP Vendor Package

    600$
    Payment Deadline: April 25th 2025 Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the Organizer. No vendor space is guaranteed until full payment is received.
    Valid for 6 months
    • 10x10 vendor space in a prime location (near stage)
    • One (1) table & two (2) chairs
    • Logo placement on flyer and event banners
    • Social media mentions & individual vendor spotlight
    • PA announcement shout-out during the event
    • Two (2) free event passes for assistants

  • V3. Premium Vendor Package

    400$
    Payment Deadline: April 25th 2025 Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the Organizer. No vendor space is guaranteed until full payment is received.
    Valid for 6 months
    • 10x10 vendor space in high-traffic area
    • One (1) table & two (2) chairs
    • Social media mention + logo placement on flyer
    • Featured vendor highlight in event promotions
    • One (1) free event pass for an assistant

  • V4. Standard Vendor Package

    250$
    Payment Deadline: April 25th 2025 Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the Organizer. No vendor space is guaranteed until full payment is received.
